We want you to love our products and the experience of shopping with us! Our standard Making time is 3-5 weeks & Delivery time is 4 to 10 working days but we always try to deliver the orders before the given timeline. Exchanges And Returns

* Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.

* For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange.

* Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returns are not accepted for items delayed by the shipping provider.

International Orders

* All our international orders are delivered via Express Services.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and exchanges for orders shipped internationally.

* However, if wrong items are delivered, you may either request an exchange or receive store credit that can be used for a future purchase made with Alizay Saad.

Order Cancellations

* You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team.

* Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information.

*Alizay Saad reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution.

* If an online payment was made, the customer will either be issued store credit or a make a refund.
